Impossible to receive some channels via satellite

Hi everybody,

I can't receive some channels (For instance Mediaset channels).
I have tried with all advices recommended in this forum:
- Updated the firmware
- I followed this recommendation "When you carry out the scan, were it says Scan Mode (Normal)/ (FTA Only) put in (NO) / Scan Channel (TV) / Network Search (No). LNB Freq should be Universal (9750-10600)."
- Blind scan
- Selected the correct transponder (11432 V 29900) but the signal is weak (60%)

I have another decoder (satellite only) and it correctly finds the Mediaset channels so I think is not a problem of parabola positioning

What is your location, what size dish are you using, what receiver, with more information will help.
Can you give readings of other transponders, on the said satellite, some transponders, you will have to adjust the dish just a little to being the signal up a little, so that the receiver can bring in the channels, plus check the skew of the lnb.
