Tengo en un deco freesat V7 HD el firmware freesat v7 hd-20190822 (4096kb) instalado y mi pregunta es si le puedo introducir el firmware GTMEDIA V7 HD RELEASE V447 -20211217 (8192kb) ?

In a word NO.
The firmware is for the NEW updated V7HD model.
You will have to purchase a new receiver to get all new services that GTMedia have put to the market.
