Hello!
I have problem with my network connection, until recently it was ok. The internet it's ok, decoder connects with my router. I saw the problem is in the ping test. If I do ping test in network settings the test is 20 bad. URL Type is: number IP adress is 192.168.032.001. If I change te ip adress to 192.168.000.001 is OK 20 Bad 0. If I change the URL type to String and adress ip to www.baidu.com also it's ok. The question is HOW I can I save such settings? If I press exit or menu button in tv remote control the settings it's not saved.

Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
The first image says that you have internet, look for faults elsewhere
Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
That's right, in the first image it's ok, but I can't save this sttetings. If I close menu settings they go back to the previous settings (second image). How change, and save settings from the pictrue second or third?
Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
It is only a test to verify that you have internet, it is only changed if the url is wrong
Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
So where look for problem, I don't have idea. I test on mobile internet and another router the sytuation is the same. The decoder broke down?
Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
Not because you have Internet, you will have to look at the state of the protocols you use
Re: Network connection (test ping fault) gtmedia v7s2x
Also try this with another internet provider, maybe your phone as a hotspot.

Change the channel list, there are many that say it is compatible and it is not
