V7 PRO sat problemi canali mediaset

Ciao a tutti
ho acquistato qualche giorno fa il v7 pro
Ho insertito la smart card attivata su tvsat ma dopo aver fatto la ricerca se mi posizione per esempio su canale 5 mi dice programma crittografato.
Come posso risolvere Grazie

Can you confirm what satellite you are on, the transponder details, channel name, then other members who have this receiver, should come forward to give advice on this issue, what colour card are you using. More information the better.

channel mediaset (canale 5, rete 4, ecc.)
The card is white nagra vision - nagra id - Ti-02

Hello,
you don't see any channels or only Mediaset ones? If the problem is on all TVSAT channels then watch this video, starting at 6:40.
It is a known defect, I too have risen it as shown in the video.
