V7 Pro: Multistream on 5W

Post by wgiocoso »

Hi,
I have v7 Pro decoder on 5W satellite. The firmware is updated to 20/5/2022 version.
No problem for multistream tv from frequency 11013 V to 12585 H and 12669 H (listed on Lyngsat site) but is not possible to tune the 12648 V and 12732 V chains.
I've changed LNB; constructor declare 10,7 - 12,75 GHz of band.
I've added a new dummy 5W sat with only transponders 12648 V and 12732 V and the quality of signal is 0%. I've moved a little the dish, without results.
is there (perhaps) an hidden blacklist menu? (It's very strange that only french multistream frequencies are not accepted)
Can i have a working db with all 5w chains, please? I can edit manually PLS Codes If you prefers.
Thanks

On those transponders make sure they are set as 12648v 29500 and 12732v 29500.
i will check on my V7Pro, will update after tea, which has been put on the table.
Update
Have checked the two transponders, can receiver signal here in the UK, and view channels.
