V7 TT - EPG / INFO display title over title

I have this problem, the update is to the latest version. Maybe it can be solved in the next update. Pictures attached.

My friend in my V7 TT only can see 6 channels in mode J.83B, the receiver never accept the frequencies of my cable operator, no Khz, no Mhz, only work in J.83B, but the total list show the simbols $ = channel encripted.

Friend I work this model of receiver V7-TT in TV cable and no work in my country (Colombia) look:
