GTMedia V7 Pro combo not booting

Hello there
I have a V7 pro combo here but it will not boot. Boot just flashes on and off on the display. I can flash firmware with the refresh tool but it still not boot properly. The serial output is below and it just keeps looping. Any idea of what else I could try? Thanks

Try another power supply.
Boot with all cables disconnected, just the power supply.

Thanks it works now lol. The first replacement charger I tried must have been dodgy as well, I have too many 12v chargers lol. I tried mars software but picture seemed to break up a bit. I needed rs232 connected with refresh tool to load uboot and reflash regular software which works fine.
