V7 PRO RS232 not run in windows11

We may need more info on what are you are trying to do?? Why you need runtime /RS232? As mentioned post more info.

Please, make to run in your computer the RS232 program described in tools for GTMEDIA V7 pro and you will see need RUNTIME

You have a problem with the Visual C++ drivers
Uninstall and reinstall it

Basic C+ does not work on Windows and you cannot use the program to change the firmware to RS232

Den, I have already reverted MARS, on an old computer with Win 10. Now I don't need to use RS232, but it's strange that now I can never use GTMEDIA's RS232 program again.

The program works on Windows 11, your Windows Basic C+ files are corrupt
