V7S5X - Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue...

Dear Gtmedia Tech Team,

There's a big issue (Firmware Bug) on some of your gtmedia boxes

Can't connect to the Wi-Fi router
Router model is ZLT S20 (with VoLTE)

I checked those models
Can't connect with this Wi-Fi router model
And so many troubles

I try this so many times
But not connecting...

I try with other routers, it's connected
And mobile also connected

ZLT S20 is not connected
Can you help us
so many people had this problem

This is a firmware issue...
Please fix this issue....
It affects your gtmedia products


I try to contact you but no answer your WhatsApp & telegram also not working
and your guys are not checking emails and messages
I also tell your sales guy...

Above gtmedia models not work with this latest ZLT router models
Please check all ZLT Router models and other related network units
and release a good firmware update...

The routers work with 2.4 and 5G, only 2.4 works if you have set a password, Currently the routers are automatic for both bandwidths, check that you are using 2.4G

its 2.4 GHz
I also put the password. It's not connected and disappearing the router also...


I think it's a firmware issue..
This ZLT S20 router not connect, but other routers are ok
and i checked with other brand boxes it's connect smoothly and working good,

this problem having those gtmedia models also...

I'm waiting with this is so long time like 4 months back, it's happened that time, I got the correct fault...
It's box firmware fault can you fix this....
I think most of the people facing this, but they can't identify the issue, all the people things it's a router issue...
But it's on the firmware,

you have to update all the firmware on below models.
