problem with channel cloud editor

i bought new box and cant bound with my cloud.

i put last 10 digits of box id of GT Media V8 UHDS Ma.s and 4 digits of verification code but in settings-about STB under bind user i got not bound.

tried reboot but still the same.

i got this error

error: 7

didnt get the account information (my box id)

is it possible that cloud doesnt work if you dont have Ma.s line (i still wait for it)

now it is ok but today i got constant system error message while trying to connect from laptop

i will go crazy with this...

any help?
