ayuda con v8 super

Hola a todos. Soy nuevo en este mundo y necesito ayuda

Tengo un v8 super funcionando desde agosto de 2018, y desde hace algunos días ha dejado de funcionar. Sólo puedo ver los canales autonómicos, parece ser que no me conecta con internet. Necesito saber como puedo actualizarlo.

Si te funcionaba bien porque quieres actualizarlo? no sera cosa de que las lineas las tienes caducadas o no funcionan bien.

There are two reasons why a software from here might say (its not compatible).
1. If you are trying to install the wrong software (software that belongs to a different model receiver)
2. If you bought a (Clone Receiver), some other companies make and sell cheap copies of the GTmedia receivers and the software here can tell that its not the real thing and will say (not compatible) when you try to install the software on a Clone.

The "lineas" are the "CLines" associated with the decryption service you was/are using. You say it has been working fine for 2 years but you are now only able to receive the free channels, so you lost the scrambled channels. As you need an internet connection for the scrambled channels there are a few reasons why it does not work.
1.- you say the internet to your house is working... so that is good.
2.-how do you get internet from the modem to the V8.. wifi or cable???
3.-Have you checked with the person who first set up your box to see if the service is still available, sometimes they change the location of the server and you have to update the info in your box.
4.- to confirm you are getting internet to the box by doing a 'ping test'. Go to MENU > NETWORK > LAN > PING TEST. You should get 20 x OKs.

To be honest, I don't think changing the firmware in your box is going to fix the problem.

Jorge ----- That looks like a legit V8 Super to me but the mods are the experts,,,,,,I pm'd you that perhaps you could ask a moderator here for some older updates for the V8 Super and if you try installing them and they refuse then you will know for sure if they won't install. That will tell you for sure.

No sé que hacer

Asegurate que descomprimes el archivo al bajarlo. Debes usar el archivo *. bin que se encuentra dentro. No el *.rar. Tambien trata de usar un USB de 4, 8 o 16gb.

Gracias a todos por sus respuestas, mañana por la mañana me pondré a investigar de nuevo a ver si encuentro la forma de poder ver los canales.

Buenas tardes.
Yo tengo igual un freesat v8 súper y le tengo actualizado con el último firmware V4. 7.130.741 (22/08/2019) y no me funciona youtube, alguien podría dar algún tipo de solución al respecto.
