GTMEDIA V8 novar firmware upgrade

My original GTMEDIA V8 NOVA ORANGE worked well, but I decided to install the last firmware 14022019 and I had problems, I tried to install the first firmware published (may 2018) and it is not possible . I dowloaded all firmwares published and the only I can install are versions 14022019 and 04012019.

Can anyone help?

I would try a hard power reset, shut off the power for about 30secs and then back on and try loading old firmware or see if the problem is fixed. You didn't mention what the problem is that makes you want to load old firmware.

If that doesn't work and you still want to try something you could do a factory reset. ---- (Tools - Factory Setting.)

You can rename that firmware of may. 2018 you remember was working well to flash.bin.
For example if its like v8nova22012019.bin, then rename to flash.bin (dont edit the extension .bin just the name only.
Then load in a flash and stick the USB in the Stb while the stb is off, then power it on while pressing repeatedly the menu button then it will accept it and load it self with the firmwire of may 2018.
