Failed to import CCcam.cfg from USB on Freesat V8 Golden

Hi dear,
I cant run CCcam.cfg from USB on my Freesat V8 Golden Box. always shows failed to import. Even I cant run CCcam by entering manually the server info, port, user ID & Password. it always shows connecting. but never connects. I am using wifi. my Region is Bangladesh. I am Using Last update of the firmware on 08-04-2019. plz Guide me how to do all the process to run this.
can anybody help me in this issue. how can I use cline on my Box. It will be very helpful for me.

I Have another issue :
I need updated softcam.key for this Box. I cant import softcam key from USB. Always shows "failed to import". My region is Bangladesh. I am Using Last update of the firmware on 08-04-2019. plz help anybody. thanks in advance.

See if you have an export boton on your Golden. If so do it. Then, edit, save as over the same file and try to import

Try cccam.cfg
Lines are:
C: server port username password
Example
C: freesat.cn 50000 name password

Work for me in v8pro2.
