Installed new update 16/04/2019, audio problem,have to turn the audio all the way up on the TV ?

The receiver has its own volume control also, when you did an update its possible the receiver volume went to about 1/4.
Go to full screen viewing on a satellite channel and use the side arrow key > to turn up the receivers volume controls.
