I did downloaded the shared manual for v8 from the download center but it doesn't have required information. I am wondering if my v8 pro2 is working normal or defunct. I need to decide if keep it or return the order.

Two satellites Eutelsat 25A E25.50 and Express AM1- E40.0 have strong signal for my dish. The later can get 569 channels, but almost all of them are Encrypted Programs.
