Why not just do a manual scan of the transponders that you require and then delete the channels that you do not require

Does your receiver freeze when you do a manual search of a transponder, which should be better than doing a (FULL SCAN)(BLIND SCAN).
Find a transponder which has the channels that you require and try it, then let us members know how you get on, if you have trouble in doing this again let all know and we will be able to talk you through it.

Manual Search,
Manual, Antenna Set Up, OK
Installation Screen
Press Exit, Scroll to 13e, Press recall on remote.
Transponders then appear, scroll to the one that you require, then scan,
TP Info appears, check what you require, then press OK (Search Box is Hi-lighted).
The receiver should then find the channels on that transponder.

On a Full Scan / Blind Scan just scan for TV channels and NOT (TV channels + Radio)

First, I searched all programs from the HotBird satellite, and the second time, all radio channels. 100% each time. It follows that the fault lies in some software error.
