Your USB stick must be 32Gb or less and FAT32.
Try using the same software that was in the unit when it crashed.

Use a USB not a sd card holder.

it is not loading firmware, It is showing a big quantity of channels. Maybe a channel DB list that you loaded and brick the unit. You need to re-flash or factory reset. I also see the coax cable connected to it.
