IPTV - xtream and stalker

With both addons for iptv all channels goes in buffering in ethernet every 2 seconds for about 10 seconds continuously.

Anyone knows how to sort it out?

Добрый день(коротко-ДД). Купил это устройство в теме которого нахожусь. Живу(нахожусь) в России(Свердловская область). Мне необходима помощь по настройке, прошу всех, кто может мне в этом вопросе помочь- откликнуться. Вопросов много, а как сделать не знаю, и, возможно ли(переправляйте меня в нужные темы, я почитаю). Что я настроил? Настроил наземную цифровую и спутниковую(открытые каналы) связь. Я вижу заголовок темы и хочу узнать: xtream and stalker это платно? Что нужно, чтоб его настроить? IPTV-очень интересно. Нельзя ли забросить на это устройство плейлисты? В медиаплеерах такое ведь возможно. Инструкция очень короткая и краткая к устройству, понять сложно, я не понял даже как настроить пульт!!! Я надеюсь кто-нибудь мне ответит...
Саит иностранный, поэтому ещё на английском перевод вставлю. Надо ли это делать?
