cant watch channels on pro2

hello, i've recently purchased gtmedia v8 pro2 and adquired 8cccam lines, but i cant watch any channels, just de free ones in spain. in fact, when i search astra 1h/1c/1l channels, i am not getting anything. i really need some help ! thanks to everyone.

For any of the 'External Cam's' (Cccam, Newcam, Mgcam) to work you need to have these 3 items working:
1.- a satellite signal for the service you want to watch.
2.- internet has to be connected to the box.
3.- the server information has to be entered correctly.

In your case #1 seems to be OK, you can check #2 by going to YouTube and see if it is working or in the NETWORK config there is a ping option that will indicate if you are getting out into the internet... and #3 needs you to confirm what you have entered.

i've just checked #2 and #3 and they are OK, and i also have #1 (it's astra 1h/1c/1l) but when i try to get channels from it, i get nothing.

Did you do a scan of the satellite(s) or are you working from a list ?? Is your antenna config correct, do you have another receiver to compare ???

yes, i scanned every satellite i've got but i get no channel. everything is correct.
