V8 orange no descodifica

Hola, tengo un V8 orange y desde hace una semana no descodifica. Me han cambiado la clinea, que es de fiar, he hecho todo tipo de cambios, ahora tiene el último firmware, la conexión de wifi pone todos los datos y parece correcta, la clinea pone Ecm listo. Pero siempre pone PROGRAMA CODIFICADO. ¿Qué puedo hacer? Gracias.

I'm trying to see the Portuguese channels on Hispasat 30W. MEO and NOS. Both with Nagravision 3. And the SKY channels of ASTRA 2E, 2F and 2G, these are on VIDEOGUARD.

There are no keys for Nagravision or Videoguard, so no support.
GTMedia receivers only decode Biss / Powervu / Tranberg via the soft cam.

But a week ago it was working. Had they changed the encryption last week?

By what mean's were you able to decode the said channels, if was by other means, you may have to contact your provider.
