Hi has anyone had issues on the pvu transponders on 58W C band, the channels open up, but suddenly freeze.... this is on the V8UHD thanks for the input.

If you have another unit that does a TP Record, it would help GT Media if you could record 2 minutes min and upload to a site for them to get.
Email them the site detail etc for download.

do you recommend a site to upload, what do they want like a ts file? can I record it on the V8UHD it works fine on my Nova, or v8 super....

V8X and V9 super are having same problem. Maybe they are already working on it.

From China you should be able to test this using 4180H30000 Intelsat19@166e The Philippines powervu channels like ANC Liga etc.

What transponders are we talking about I will record the ts streams and send them in I am still waiting on my v8 uhd and v8x to come in the mail i dont have issues on the 58w with v8 nova or blue

I understand that but what is the transponders so I can record the ts streams and send them in to gt media team

Also in the Satellite ses 6 40.5w the image of several Transponders is frozen, for example the tp 3803. in the Satellite intelsat 11 43.1w more channels are frozen, for example: 3800 H 30 000, 3968 H 22500 among many others. I believe wje the most serious ed freeze problems on intelsat 21 58w and intelsat 11 43.1w satellites. Greetings from Colombia.

I have a V8x and I let it sit on 58w 3720V, 3880V and 3960V this morning for an hour each, I did not get any freezing or other problems at all. I will say my box came with the 15/05/2020 software and I did not update in June as there was nothing in the update that was of use to me.

It was mentioned earlier by others tha it was a problem with the V8x as well, all I am saying is it could be a firmware problem, because with the May firmware my box is working correctly on 58w and others..

All this freeze problem on some TP is also noted on the latest V9 SUper firmware.

I did just discover on 3720 v 30000 that the channels go scrambled then unscrambled every 2 minutes or so on every channel on that transponder so there is a issue on the v8 nova and orange I suspect firmware issue

Large files like TP recording will likely not email, they will need to be uploaded to a share site like megauploads.
When uploaded send the access and address to GT Media.
