New Transponder? 101w-3902 v 30000?

I scanned this Transponder today.
Cannot find it in any lists.
Roughly 30 channels, unknown encryption.

Anyone know anything about it?

i checked on tvrosat. lyngsat doesn't list any on this tp!!!

Lyngsat list them on the packages page for america as they are scrambled channels. check the tp list on that.
