1.录制节目一定分段在未达到指定时间的情况下被终止
2.SAT2IP播放一定时间被终止
3.画面抖动的厉害,损害液晶显示器面板,需要增加去隔行算法

1. recording a certain segment of the program is terminated without reaching the specified time
2. Sat2ip playback is terminated for a certain time
3. the screen jitter is severe, which damages the LCD panel, so it is necessary to add the de interlacing algorithm

I have found that if you press the power button on the remote while the unit is booting it will start in UP9.
UP9 screen is a software upgrade / recovery screen.
This is easily done if you press the power button too many time as you power on.

This may be why so many users are finding their units in this screen.

The UP9 screen is entered by repeat pressing the power on button while booting.

To clear, just power off at the wall or the switch on the top of the unit and power on again.

Hello.
The problem is with the GTmedia V8X.
I cannot search some transpoders from the Hot Bird 6/8/9 satellite.
Transponder 10719 is ok.
Transponder 11411 and 11449 no quality signal (signal strength 92%).
I have installed the latest software update.
I bought GTMedia on alliexpress.
I was sent to this address for help.

I have the same receiver, i can pick up all three transponders (strength93% /quality 85%), with a 110cm dish here in the UK.
Have you got the correct settings for the lnb (9750-10600), have you any switches between the lnb and receiver, what size dish, etc.
With more information we will be able to pin point the issue.

The problem only occurs with certain transponders.
The receiver is factory set.
LNB 9750-10600
DiseqC1.0 None
DiseqC1.1 None
22kHz auto
Polarity auto

I have a multiswich for 8 receivers.
I checked the receiver on other ports, the problem occurs on every port.
I have 5 other receivers.
Neither of them have trouble with the signal.
Signal strength 90-93%.
Signal quality 80-85%.
100cm antenna.

......Transponder 11411 and 11449 no quality signal (signal strength 92%)......
I have had the high signal, but no quality problem myself.
On doing a full scan I discover channels are missing which I know exist.
it is usually when the symbol rate in the satellite transponder entries are wrong or have changed since the receiver database was created.
Check to make sure that those 2 have entries of 27,500.

Another test would be to set up another satellite (I call mine 'Test'), edit the LNB osc frequencies to 9750 - 10600 & do a blind scan.
I do this for new satellites & later edit the name & orbital position.

Transponder 11411 and 11449 no quality signal (signal strength 92%).
The first TP is vertical, the second and third horizontal. I guess that the problem is here: your antenna set-up doesn't permit the correct managing of the correct voltage towards the lnb. Instead of switch to 18 V, it remains lower.

I wrote above that other receivers (3 pieces) search for channels on this transponder without any problems.

From what you are saying , you have tried every port in your receiver on the (diseq1.1) side of the receiver, some of the settings are (1 CasM1;Port 1 / 1CasM2;Port 4 / 1CasM3;Port 2 / 2Cas:Port2 etc.
At one time i had 7 lnb's going through a 8 way diseq switch, it took me a while to get the correct settings, i now have the dish on a motor.

Evidently the other 3 receivers' setting is correct. What i wrote in my post is exactly the same matter, using different words only!

From the previous statement, I understood that the problem is the antenna installation. Except that the settings of the receiver. So what is wrong with the receiver or antenna installation?

Diseqc 1.1- none

I did not check the DiseqC switches.
I use one satellite so they are not needed. So far I have used 8 different satellite receivers and all diseqc switches were off.

Above, you wrote "I have a multiswich for 8 receivers." This means that you have only one dish pointed @ 13° E and several receivers connected through the multiswitch that you switch on one by one?
If yes, have you tried to connect the V8X directly to the antenna? Please let us know if this configuration is working right.

I use 5/8 multiswich.
I tried to perform a full scan and the receiver found the transponders with which there was a problem.
He was picking up their signal correctly.
Unfortunately, it stopped receiving the signal correctly from others.
After restarting the receiver, the situation returned to the initial state.
I turned on diseqc 1.0. The receiver is working properly.
He finds everything.
Is it the fault of the software?
Diseqc is used to change satellites.
I use one.
That's why I have Diseqc turned off in every receiver and everything works as it should.
I guess I don't understand something?

What you not tell us all, is what is the whole set up of your satellite system.
Do you have one dish going to a (multi switch) with receivers from that. / or do you have a few dishes at other satellites with a diseq switch.
How many receivers do you have and how many are on at any one time.
With this sort of information, it may be better to have a (quad lnb) and run a cable to each receiver.

I have:
100cm antenna.
LBN Quattro
Multiswich 5/8 (5 in / 8 out)
5 receivers connected to the multswich each with a separate cable.
It is sometimes possible for all receivers to work simultaneously.

Instead of the multi-switch, you could use a (Octo lnb)(8 way), it may mean more cable, direct from the lnb to each receiver.
This may help with losing 11411 / 11449 which are both (H), seeing that you will have (8 universal lnb's) within the casing.
