Hello,

1.- In the last firmware (a some previous also) I have to turn on cccam lines every time a power on the box, by default the cccam lines are off when a power on the box, despite I have save the cccam lines correctly.

2.- I don't know when and from time to time but some times the image turns green, I have to restart the box or change the display to PAL, Auto or NTSC to watch the image with normal colors

Regards.
Similar issue with my V8 UHD with latest firmware. Everytime I switch on, cccam lines are in idle state. I have to stop the cccam line and start again and then it works ok. And when I said 'switch on', it means from standby state, I don't remove power supply.
ok,we will check and fix it.
Hello. Any update about this issue?
I have found out more information. If DHCP is off, when I turn on the V8 UHD, I have to turn off the cccam lines and then on, in order to open the channels. But if DHCP is on, then I can see properly the channels without turning off-on the cccam lines. So it seems it is a bug only if DHCP is off.
However I need DHCP off to choose different DNS servers for the iptv service. Please check if the bug can be fixed.
hello
thank you very much for your detail information.
we will fix it.
Hello. New V220 firmware did not fix this issue. Will it be fixed in the next firmware release? Thank you.

Latest software V220, unable to scan in the (streaming ) channels on 5w,(ie 12648v 29500 PSLN Gold 121212). Signal (not found) (grey). Fransat channels found.
The software V219 was able to scan in the said channels, with the PSLN (Auto detect) set to (ON), and also been able to scan in the said channels when you add the (PSLN) Info to the transponder details. (which i helped to test).
Unable to down grade to V219, comes up as (invalid file).

@ Lining
With the new software, i have tried to scan with the (PSLN) set at (OFF) and (ON), with both settings the signal is (GREY).
Since i helped with the testing of this option, the (PSLN) is set to (ON).

For V8 UHD

Many FWs back and still... Astra 3B is not 13.0E, but 23.5E
ASTRA_3B_res.jpg
ASTRA_3B_res.jpg (98.04 KiB) Viewed 6310 times

When I select / switch chanel via (OK - channel list - select by arrows - OK) no info screen... I must press INFO.
Select by Up and Down (previous / next) opens info screen correctly (without going through channel list).
INFO_1_res.jpg
INFO_1_res.jpg (152.44 KiB) Viewed 6310 times

Not Bug, but I would like to open discuss about info screens. Press INFO 1x and press INFO 2x... The first one is OK, but the second - why this screen?
INFO_2_res.jpg
INFO_2_res.jpg (91.39 KiB) Viewed 6310 times

The most of infos on this screen are the same - redundant (only in different design).
But detailed infos about actual movie are not here... I preferred this info (detailed from EPG).

Simply press 2x INFO and gets this detailed info about actual movie... What do you think about this? Change the redundat infos to actual movie detailed info? Improvement? (Like V7plus)

As 2600 is BISS, I would put your codes into the BISS section of the conditional access / key edit menu, not the CW section.
The V8X may work that way.
Note the auto BISS function adds the codes to the MGBISS section. You can find them from there and add then to the normal BISS if you know which channel they are for.

Está utilizando la versión de firmware incorrecta (demasiado antigua).
Actualice el firmware a la última versión.

Don't downgrade firmware to the version lower than the one came from factory.
I don't know why a lot of user like to downgrade the firmware.
The newer shoud always be better then the older.

The main reason why users down grade, is because when they do upgrade, the receiver DOES NOT do what it did before the upgrade.
Everyone users their receiver in different ways, as they say (you cannot please all people all the time.

Note all users:

What alex.c is saying about downgrading is that downgrades is OK but not to downgrade below the version that was in your unit when you brought it.
This will be because the software below factory supplied will look for hardwired programs that may not be there with hardware produced after that software.

I think there is a bug in record when you try program a record with cline.

1) you program the record.
2) it wake up in time.
3) it jumps to the selected channel to record.
4) if v8x try record to early the channel when the image is not displayed after jump to it, It shows a service error, he don't record anything and it shutdown in the programed time.

So it fail.

I think can be solved easy adding a few seconds delay or start recording only when the channel is on.

Or let record even if channel is codified.

Yes, you can check the software version in the service screen.
It's too old for the box.
