Mezzo HD on 113W no picture

We have lost the picture on this channel for over a week. We don’t get a picture on either the V8 Pro 2 or the GTC. The S-82 and Q-72 are the same as other channels on transponder 4140 which are coming in like canal 22. Please check to see if you guys are getting it. If the problem is at my end, I can’t think what it could possibly be.

If you rescan that TP you will see that MEZZO is not there any more, along with some other channels. I don't know where it has moved to..sorry.

I scanned it this morning and it has 11 channels working, all with sound/video.

Thank you juan_vale for your quick response. Losing the great programming of Mezzo is going to be a big disappointment to my wife. Now losing Canal 22 y El Once that would be a major catastrophe heavens forbid (LOL). Up until some 4 years ago Canal 22 y El Once were in the clear and we could get them on any FTA box. Both channels went encrypted only and my wife told me get them back. I told her, I will try. I ordered a V8 Super from eBay several days later we got it and within 30 minutes my wife was sitting down watching one of her favorite Spanish sitcoms Cuetame Como Paso on Canal 22. Since then we became fans of GTMedia.

Same here Hank... I had to put up a separate antenna for 113 so my wife can get the "El Gourmet" channel, I just checked 115w and 117w for mezzo and SOL... on 115w (114.9) you also have 2 channels of 'Once' and 3 channels of '22'. 117w has a lot of channels as well, but none that you are looking for. FYI.
