Thats ok. But the Favorites are not there. They a resettet and there is no channel in.

You mean you want the channel list exported contains the favorite information, right?

I don't know if we mean the same thing. Favorites: news, music - etc. with the saved channels

Menu > Tools > Data Export >
-highlight "Export Type" and select: "User Database"
-highlight "Start" and press OK.
the resulting file in the USB stick will be called: "V8UHD_userdb.udf"
