witch one is better ?: scanning accuracy, pic quality, speed, etc.

Depends on what you require from your receiver,(just satellite) (terrestrial and satellite), or just using other means to decode tv channels.

satellite, i think terrestrial is not an option in north america.

what about the future of 4K tv channels ?
the way i see it, 4k is the next step for television, as it was from black&white to color tv.

There may be a minor difference or two inside on hardware but they are pretty close to the same, the X8 costs a little more because it comes with 3 years of European Cline support!
