Could GTMedia by pass the seller, and ask for this (one) receiver to be returned, to be checked out in the factory.

Refresh by memory.
When you power on and it shows UP9 on the front panel, can you get any picture on any TV, AV output or HDMI?
Do you ever see any picture as it boots?

If it is in the UP9 screen it should look like this.
Note the yellow high lighted line will be the top line.

If you have only the UHD software .bin file on the main directory on your USB stick, all you need do is press down arrow twice and the OK to start the software recovery.

I have seen all this ...
I have done it a thousand times !!!!
I do not have any picture on the TV.....ONLY BLACK SCREEN....
and all I see is the receiver staying on UP9
I also got a nool modem cable but the receiver did not receive the upgrade

if I had seen this picture then the receiver would work

my english is not so good (via google translation)
to put it very simply that I have done all these tricks to play but it does not work...UP9 ONLY

Is it my fault that the receiver suddenly stopped working? I just scanned a satellite

There is service here in the forum, but I do not see any company listening .....
WHY does the company not give me a solution?
