GTMEDIA v8x loses antenna signal when turned off

He actualizado el v8x a la versión del 13 de enero la última qué ha sido publicada y sigue dando el problema sin señal cuando se apaga vuelvo a conectar el antena aparece la señal .solamente me sigue pasando en este v8x ,el V8 honor y el V8 Nova funcionan perfectamente y nunca pierden la señal en el mismo sitio y siempre puedo apagar los de la luz que nunca pierden la señal este problema solamente le ocurre al v8x la actualización no ha servido para nada para arreglar este problema sobre todo

Please what do you have connected to your unit?
DiSEqC switches, USALS motor, Twin LNB's etc.

Are you using a community antenna?
Do you have the unit set to vertical polarity only etc?

Also check that your cables are clean with no bad connections.

Hola tengo el mismo problema rt lleva tiempo que pregunto et no hay solución el v8x tien mucho problemas. Cada ves que apage et encender no hay senial ne calidad aquí sacar el cable et vulver a conicatar lo. Mas si vuelve el senial neciseta esperar hast que se conecta cccam si no se ceda la pantalla bloquiado. El problema sólo hay en v8x. Hay comprado otro el v8 honor et no hay ningún problema se senail perfecto el cccam se conecta al momento et mucho mejor. Aber si argelan el problema del v8x porque todo los firmwear que hay no selicona el problema aber si hay algún firmwear que se loción eso graciad

tengo una antena individual no tengo nada de disec ni nada parecido es una antena normal y corriente y el único problema lo tiene el v8x porque tengo un V8 honor y un V8 Nova y no tiene ningún problema los puedo apagar que no pierden la señal de antena.debe ser un problema de las actualizaciones del v8x . Este aparato siempre tiene este problema en la pérdida de señal. Tienes que mover un poquito el cable de antena desenroscar y volver a enroscar y vuelve a aparecer la señal pero esto no debería de pasar. En el modelo V8 Nova o V8 honor no pasa y los conecto al mismo sitio que el v8x.

GT Media are working on this problem.

Instead of unplugging your cable you could go to the menu and turn the LNB power to "OFF" and then "ON" again.

Hola la solución que dice de turn on lnb est ya lo probamos pera nada no cambia siempre cundo apago el abarato et lo enciendes de sale sin senial aber si hay algún firmwear para solucionar eso gracias

started getting this issue today don't know if its the switch I am using ,what did help I changed the power supply which was 1.5 amp to a 2.5 amp 12v from a dreamlink receiver that I have and it worked fine after this. hopes this helps some one

Thanks. In fact, replacing the power supply with 12V / 2.5 amps eliminated the problem. So the factory 1.5 amps cannot withstand the load and the decoder loses the signal.

Es problema del adaptador de corriente da igual el voltaje porque el del V8 Nova es igual de 12 voltios y 1,5 amperios y ya no pierde la señal de momento al apagarlo y volverlo a encender.parece que ya está solucionado debe ser problema de algunos adaptadores de corriente.

solucionado el problema con el adaptador de corriente 12v 1.5A de otra aparato no hace falta comprar otro adaptador de 12v 2.5A si tien culquire otre de 1.5A fonctiona mucha gracias a la persona que a contado la solucion

I did not think of the power supply unit as an issue in this.
It may be the power supply limiting power that is triggering the LNB over current at start up power on surge.
Also at this start up time the processor is very busy setting up the unit from boot. That also uses a lot of power.

I will test this when I am home Thursday, and as far back as with my old V8 Golden that would not hold LNB power when switching my large network.
