xtream account

i bought a v8 uhd decoder and i experienced the following problem
When i try to input an xtream account with the remote control i can't imput :
when i try to input via usb with a file xtream.txt i receive a message that asks for a -cfg file.
is anyome experiencing the same problem, or someone have a solution?
