GTMEDIA V8X - AV Out Jack socket

My product is a GTMEDIA V8X
Hi,
When I plug a 4 pin jack adaptor (The one that is sold with my "GTMedia V8 Finder Meter" like in the file "audio-video adaptor.jpg") in the AV Out socket, I have only noise (and no sound) in the White and Red RCA plugged to my amplifier !!! (The yellow one is for video only I suppose !!!)
I hope that the AV Out is a standard audio stereo output + video !!!
Do you know the pinout of this AV Out socket, and what sort of cable is OK ???

For my GTMEDIA V8X, Is it : A, B, C or D (15mm) or E, F, G or H (17mm) in my drawing "AV-Pinout-2.jpg" ???
