hola, he comprado un gtmedia v8 uhd por que he leído que es un buen aparato, pero no consigo ninguna búsqueda de la tdt con todo enchufado,
a alguien le pasa o le ha pasado? gracias

The V8 UHD is mainly a satellite receiver, but it works well also with the terrestrial reception.
Are you sure that your antenna system is ok? Are you living in a home with your personal system or in a building with centralized distribution?
Alle these data must be know for giving you a proper answer.

¿Que tipo de instalacion tienes (individual o colectiva del edificio)?. ¿Te baja mezclada la señal de satélite y TDT por el mismo cable?.
Recuerda que en el V8UHD la señal de TDT y la de satélite has de introducirla por separado aunque vengan mezcladas en un mismo cable coaxial.
Si únicamente conectas un cable a la toma de satélite, la TDT no te la sintonizará. Y luego tienes que hacer la búsqueda correspondiente en TDT por separado en el menú de instalación (los canales tras una búsqueda de TDT se agregarán a la lista denominada Combo).

hola, gracias por responder, deciros que esta todo instalado perfectamente, cable de antena terrestre y satélite, , mi antena es individual y la tele con tdt se ve perfecta, no es problema ni de instalación ni de antena, puede ser que no haga bien , la tdt se busca en DVB-T/T2 VERDAD o me equivoco,

Si es verdad que la antena baja por un solo cable, pero mi tv se ve perfecta, que tengo que hacer?

si en dvb-T2 en auto Scan .luego Country y seleccionas España ,fta solamente no y luego buscar

pues eso es lo que hago pero no encuentra nada, me habéis dicho antes que la señal no puede ir mezclada, satélite con terrestre, yo la tengo a si mesclada

What you could do, is remove the lead from the TV, then insert to the (ANT) on the receiver, then carry out the (DVB-T/T2) scan.

Intenta lo que te dicen, colocando el cable de satélite en la toma de antena tdt del V8UHD

Quizás le estás metiendo la antena de satélite a la toma de TDT ya que ambas llevan conector F.

Prueba a conectar el cable de antena que tiene tu TV a la entrada ANT del V8UHD. Ponle el adaptador F a coaxial para no tener que modificar conectores.

If both your satellite signal and your terrestrial signal are in ONE cable, you will need a signal splitter to separate the two signals. These splitters have a input and a UHF and a SAT output.
With out a signal splitter, the power (13 or 18 volts) that is sent to the satellite dish / LNB will connect with your UHD terrestrial connection that can also have power on it. There is a menu option for "Antenna Power" that is default "ON". Turn that off if you do not have a mast head amplifier.

Try scanning for terrestrial channels with only the terrestrial port on the V8UHD connected, no connection to the satellite input.

Buenos días,yo tengo un problema parecido a este.los canales de satélite los veo perfectamente.Pero al sintonizar la TDT,con su cable de antena puesto en el aparato.Me da señal y me los busca y guarda.Pero al querer verlos me dice el aparato que no tienen señal.Y lo peor es que los canales del satélite les pasa igual,se quedan sin señal.Entonces tengo que apagar el aparato y volverlo a encender,para que se vean los del satélite,porque los de la TDT siguen sin señal.

If your cable from the roof of your house is ONE cable, then both signal are sharing the cable.
You will need a signal splitter that separates the UHF and satellite frequencies. This may be your wall outlet.
This splitter may pass the power from both the UHF and the satellite connections on the v8 UHD and short each other.

Try turning off the antenna power in the DVB-T menu first.
The default is power on in antenna setting.

Entran dos cables por separado,uno de la parabólica para entrada del satélite,y otro para entrada de la TDT.Y por lo que he leído en el foro,al tener amplificador de mástil en la antena de la TDT.En configuración de búsqueda de canales,lo he puesto como encendido.

Sigo intentando sintonizar la TDT pero me es imposible,a mi pone una lista que se llama All (todos).Cuando presiono para ver un canal de la TDT y me pone que está sin señal,cuando quiero cambiar a un canal de satélite.Me pone lo mismo,como si siguiera con la lista de canales de la TDT.La única solución que encuentro,es apagar el aparato y volverlo a encender para poder ver los canales del satélite.

Have you tried scanning in the DVB-T channels with the satellite cable disconnected?
Can you then watch DVB-T channels?

Try the same with the satellite channels.

The DVB-T list should show if you press the satellite button on the remote.

Are the cables from the DVB--T antenna completely separate from the satellite cable?
That is two cables all the way from the box to the antenna and dish.

He puesto el GTMedia V8 UHD como viene de fábrica pero con el último firnware que ha salido.Y lo primero que he querido instalar ha sido los canales de la TDT,y seguimos en lo mismo.Se guardan los canales,pero luego cuando quieres verlos.Te dice el aparato que están sin señal.

Do you mean UHF frequency terrestrial TV?

Please explain more: what frequency, 8MHz or 7MHz.

Also cab you see these channels if you go to the menu and turn off, then on the antenna power and return to the channel?

Si me refiero a los canales de la TDT,y a lo que me refiero de apagar y encender el equipo.Es cuando quiero ver un canal de la TDT,y me pone que está sin señal.Se queda como bloqueado y en el modo de la TDT.Si quiero cambiar para ver los canales por satélite,tengo que apagar y volver a encender el aparato para verlos y ya sale del bloqueo.

This does look like you have a cable connection between the DVB-T antenna and the satellite LNB cable and the power for your mast head amplifier is shorting the satellite LNB power.
You may have separate cable from the UHD to the wall, but inside the wall this may be one cable to the roof.

Questions:
Can you watch and change channels on the satellite if you have the DVB-T antenna cable disconnected?

Can you watch and change channels on the satellite if you have the DVB-T antenna power set to "OFF" in the menu?

Can you watch and change channels on the DVB-T if you have the satellite LNB cable disconnected?

Can you watch satellite channels with out powering off on if you just disconnect the LNB cable for a moment?

He intentado de todo y sigo con el mismo problema,y parece ser que no soy el único con este problema.Por lo publicado en este foro por otros usuarios de este modelo de descodificador de satélite.No se,como pueden poner a la venta este descodificador con este problema.No ha pasado unos controles de garantía?.Que certifique que funcione perfectamente,cosa que no ocurre.
