V8 uhd - satellite Astra 3B - position 23,5E

I have a problem tune in channels on this stellite. In the menu sattelite list is not. When I enter position manually, finds channels with freq. for example 3399, but channels with freq. for example 12070 not. Other satellites are fine.

Can you confirm your lnb settings, which should be (Universal 9750-10600), are you using a single dish on this satellite or have you got a motor attached.

I have motor and no problems on others satellites.

What transponders are you unable to get, have you checked (flysat) to confirm if they are within the your foot print to the size of your dish.
