custom_url.m3u no longer loads any file

Hi Everyone,

My V8X no longer loads any "custom_url.m3u" files. All I see is the below "setup" screen.
It turn the box off/on, say "Yes" to load the file, go to IPTV and see the screen below.
I POWER OFF/ON the box, same thing.
I do a Factory reset, then repeat both above, same thing.
Reload the Bin, repeat above, same thing.
Using "custom_url" without the .m3u is not even seen by the V8X.

It is as if the software chooses the "NO" subroutine, regardless if Yes/No is selected.

My file is good, it works on VLC on computer, and 6 months ago when I loaded it on both V8X's it worked on both receivers.
It still works on the other box, and right now it still works on computer.
If I take any other file that worked in the past and try using it, same thing.

I have seen others write about this, but it has not been fixed, I am using V276.

Please fix, I need to get the file back onto the box.

I confirm everything that @ Ivn101 wrote,It happens to me too, in the past it worked.

I rename the .m3u file in custom_url file and put it directly on the usb drive, not in a folder.

Message with the inscription: are you sure import customer pg. appears regularly on the screen, I choose yes but when i go to IPTV the same screen as above

it also seems to give me problems on the wi-fi connection, by dint of trying it it disconnects every time and even the password in the end is gone.

After so many tests he has now accepted the url but it doesn't work the same, same file works on Hellobox 8... I don't know what to think.

I don't know what happened, but it now loads perfectly.
:) ;)
I emailed you the file, you didn't send it back, you just verified it, then told me to try again. :P

Suddenly, it works.
You guys are magical. Whatever you did, (by Long distance?) it worked.

For me, all I can do is say, THANK YOU!!

It works, I am happy with this product and your team.

Hello everyone,
I am from India.
I purchase V8X box in last month. I tried to put custom m3u file in STB from USB but it couldn't import. So I found another way to put it in STB. And this method is 100% work for me and I think it will for all STB.
I use windows PC, HFS file server.exe and put STB and PC in same network.
1)Run HFS software.(It use to share files from http protocol.)
2)drag M3u playlist in software menu.
3)if our pc ip address is 192.168.0.100 and play list name is "a.m3u" then this software create link http://192.168.0.100/a.m3u which is we need to put in STB.
4) after putting address then STB start downloading list.
5)with in few seconds you see IPTV channel list in STB.



**I have suggest to software team that please add file browser app to select files from USB. And please update IPTV app in v8x box which support Channel number display on LED screen.
Please optimization IPTV app to edit or delete channels from it.
Because when we try to delete any channel STB box goes hang and I need to restart it to run normally and no file got deleted in it.
