hello

i have v8uhd

i want no split record it is possible

because it impossible to joint file without bug in join point.

the v8uhd support ntfs so limit file to 1gb is not necessery fat12 limit

so a option could be created

also a samba cifs nfs nas record will be available

after this the sofware become enigma2 eqivalent

thanks

It's true. It is not possible to join the files without errors. They should fix this problem or be able to record files greater than 1 GB. In addition the files when edited to make an AVCHD disc the video presents jumps on Blu-ray desktop player.

It is not true. files can be joined without errors. You don't need to fix this problem as you already record files larger than 1.9 GB. Also, the files when edited to make a MATROSKA disc, the video plays smoothly.

This does not justify the files being split, it remains a bug and should be fixed.

It is not true that it is an error, another thing is that you want a file only compatible with NTFS devices

It is considered an error or a bug because the other record-enabled decoders do not have this limit and if it is a matter of compatibility with NTFS then they should solve this incompatibility because it is not normal that one after having made a recording should be put there with a third party software to merge the clips. I record and then I want to be free to watch what I have recorded or to archive the recording for other times, but a single file, not several clips.

The videos are containers that are limited to 2 GB which I think is very adequate, what problem do you have if everything is advantages?

Can someone tell me what program to use to join the clips without making errors in the joints? Always referring to the recordings in the V8 UHD. I have not been able. With the copy / b method NO, with MKVToolNix NO, with Smart Cutter for DV and DVB NO. With which then? All files have errors in the join. Thank you.

I will make a recording in the V8UHD to do the test with MKVToolNix that has never given me problems and it is done in a minute, I use NTFS 3.0 devices that have good speed, the V8UHD warns if the device is slow
