V8 UHD - Bug

Hello,

I have a problem with my GTmedia V8 UHD receiver, it only works on 1080p/i video resolution, while it supposed to support 4k video resoultion.
when i tried to change it to 4K2K_25/30/50/60 it shows a black screen, it only works perfect with 1080p/i

please any help

My GTmedia firmware is: v306.04.26.235
My Tv is: Samsung TU8500 4K/UHD TV on their latest firmware

what is your TV type， please confirm your tv can support the 4k resoultion.

It should work for you, change the HDMI port
