V8X - Ethernet device not insert

Hi,
I have problem with connection by Ethernet cable in Gtmedia V8X. Internet worked maybe 2 times after Ethernet connection, but when I turn off device problem come back. Lights in rj45 slot not working also. I tried 3 different cables.
All the time I have ETHERNET DEVICE NOT INSERT. Do you have the same problem?

It seems that the ethernet cable is defective, change for another

Check that the unit is not setting it self to wifi.
