"Gtmedia V8UHD upgrade tool" does not work to reinstall original software of V8UHD with rs232 cable. does not detect the receiver. Does it work with windows 10?
la herramienta "GtmediaV8UHD upgrade tool" no funciona para reinstalar el software original del V8UHD con el cable rs232. no detecta el receptor. Funciona con windows 10?

If it works, try in Windows 7, the faults are from the drivers of the RS232 cable

Hello, the v8uhd upgrade tool does not work, I already tried it on 2 different computers, one with windows 10 and the other with windows 7.

Which version of mars are you trying to downgrade? i cant get it to work either in using 24/09/2022.
I have checked my serial port connection with a loopback and putty, the serial connection is fine.
