I'm also facing another issue. The receviver is power off itself, I mean, is like some power saving stuff that when the Tv is powered off and after sometime it swith off itself.
I've checked and disable all power saving, sleep, etc options in settings.
Also I've the PAL issue that it's not saving the resolution.
On Mars V8UHD
1. On PAL Video resolution is always set to 1080i at boot.
It doesn't matter what was set to 4k in the menu before but on NTSC 4k resolution is saved.
2. Please this issue has been reported many times in the forum but no resolution up to date.
3. Kindly solve the saved PAL 4k resolution on boot on the next firmware update. Thank you.
1 It is normal for a standard resolution to be established so as not to create conflicts
2 & 3 You can put the resolution you want if the television supports it, when you restart the resolution you have selected will appear, If it doesn't work, put it back to factory settings.
it's a firmware Bug, it's not need a factory reset.
If u put ntsc it's keep resolution (like 4k)
if u put PAL, it's not keep it. (it put it in 1080i resolution instead of mantain 4k)
Hi i bought a v8 uhd with mars software and have a problem, i cant scan channel on cable tuner the signal is 98% but wen i start scan it show 0tv 0radio scaned i need help how can i fix it ,

My primary language is Spanish.
The channel that I want to be in english, has the primary language in French and secondary language in English.
I want to save that always this channel be in English, but it's not saved, always when I go to this channel it go back to the default language French.
In all of my old receivers also my last GtMedia V7 plus, I can save the language that I want for every independet channel.

Ок.Here is what needs to be done. MENU->SETTINGS->SYSTEM SETTINGS and choose: audio1 - spanish
audio 2- english
Then, Spanish will be the default language on any channel where it is present(will always be saved),and on channels where there is FR (or DEU, or ITA, or POL .......) and ENG, it will be ENG by default(Also will always be saved)
If the audio channels are marked as DOLBY D AUDIO 1(2....3...) you can choose any and it will be the default for this channel.
Only this way.

Just made, everything was found and preserved

Already did it, not working.
Also I've a channel in Spanish, and also i want to set it to English buy default and i can't.
Menu / USB / Press Yellow on the Remote (Upload) / Upload Channels to USB / Press OK / At next window, will have (Channels) at the Top) / Move curser to OK / Then Press OK on the Remote.
When done, do the same, put the USB into the other receiver, Menu / USB / Move curser to Channel list then Press OK.
Also I've a channel in Spanish, and also i want to set it to English buy default and i can't.

V1.10.5768_15012023 - I have the January release of the firmware installed. Maybe this is the reason? I don't know. Everything works for me. On Polish channels, Polish audio. On German, Spanish and Italian - English.
Try removing spanish and english from settings,and instead of them select audio1 and audio2 аny language that will definitely not be in the stream. Korean and Chinese are best.
Perhaps this will make it possible to select by default any language from the stream, if Finnish and Bulgarian are not in the stream. Just for each channel, this will have to be done manually.

I use all the options but nothing happened ,with blind scan it scaned more then 2500 tp but no luck
1) Press the SAT button on the remote
2) See if there is DVB-C in the drop-down menu?

Thanks for the help but this not solve my issue, with a lot of test finally i find the problems but I can't fix it.
The problem is when i use both tuners with signal sat signal and cable dvb-c signal the sat channel work and cable channels not work,but when i removed sat cable from stb the cable dvb-c channel is working ok i can't use both becouse when i plug 2 signal the dvb-c channel it say no service ,and another problem is with dvb-c channel not decryption i have a gt media v7 tt with the same server the channels decrypt ok and see all channels but when i put the cline in the v8 uhd not open any channel any solution please i appreciate your help.thank you so much

oops.... With cable TV this is the case - I have 80 FTA channels.. The only thing I know is that it is impossible to add ngra keys to the emulator.

It may be due to a bad USB or not using the upgrade.bin file, the flash.bin is invalid
Only on the third flash drive did ERR 01 disappear. Now it stops on USB. I am renaming the file. flash.bin, upgrade.bin, v8uhd.bin, gtmediaupdate.zip
