When i open refresh tool on windows 11 without connection rs232 cable then i face runtime error microsoft visual c++ other hand when i open refresh tool with connected then i don't see error
I installed every microsoft visual c++ version 2008 2010 2012 2015 2017 2019 but same erorr i m seeing
Please mention clearly what requirment is need to running V7/V8】GTMedia_V7V8 Refresh Tool(10/06/2021) on windows 11 22621.1635

Make sure to remove microsoft visual c++, then you can install and it will work

Is it not require microsoft c++ for V7/V8】GTMedia_V7V8 Refresh Tool?

No, only that you have a connection, but yes for dbeditor
