TNT SaT not working

Good morning,

I bought a V8X last Christmas to use my TNT Sat card that I had bought last year. Please note that I only use it when my mum comes to visit, we used it during Christmas time and it worked perfectly. So mum came back and I switch it on 3 days ago. It works perfectly for 15min and then suddenly there's a message saying that the channel is encrypted (it was France 2)... I take out the card out and put it back in, etc, it's not working. The rest of the free channels on the satellite are working. So I found this forum and downloaded and updated what needed to be done yesterday. Still not working. Please help, this is so frustrating and I hope I haven't bought this receptor for nothing....

J'ai acheté un V8X à Noël dernier pour utiliser ma carte TNT Sat que j'avais achetée l'année dernière. Il faut savoir que je ne l'utilise que lorsque ma mère vient me rendre visite, nous l'avons utilisé pendant la période de Noël et il fonctionnait parfaitement. Ma mère est revenue et je l'ai mis en marche il y a 3 jours. Il fonctionne parfaitement pendant 15 minutes et soudain, il y a un message disant que le canal est crypté.... J'enlève la carte, je la remets, etc, ça ne marche pas. Les autres chaînes gratuites du satellite fonctionnent. J'ai donc trouvé ce forum et j'ai téléchargé et mis à jour ce qui devait l'être hier. Cela ne fonctionne toujours pas. S'il vous plaît, aidez-moi, c'est tellement frustrant et j'espère que je n'ai pas acheté ce récepteur pour rien....

Compré un V8X la Navidad pasada para usar mi tarjeta TNT Sat que había comprado el año pasado. Tenga en cuenta que sólo lo uso cuando mi mamá viene a visitar, lo usamos durante el tiempo de Navidad y funcionó perfectamente. Así que mi madre volvió y lo encendí hace 3 días. Funciona perfectamente durante 15 minutos y de repente aparece un mensaje diciendo que el canal está codificado .... Saco la tarjeta y la vuelvo a meter, etc, no funciona. El resto de canales del satélite que no son de pago funcionan. Así que encontré este foro y ayer descargué y actualicé lo que había que hacer. Sigue sin funcionar. Por favor ayuda, esto es tan frustrante y espero no haber comprado este receptor para nada....

PD: No sé si sirve, pero estoy en España.

Are you able to more your dish round to 5W, to view some of the channels that you require.
Card wise you will have to put your card into a authorise receiver to be updated, then you can then put back into the V8X.

Unfortunately, I cannot go on the roof and change the position of the dish....

So from what you are telling me, now I have to find someone who has an official receiver to update the card?? Anyone on the forum near Málaga capital who could help me out?
