Ecam fail with Digi smart users in Spain

Hello, Users of the Digi Smart internet provider in Spain, we cannot connect to the ecam server as of today. We believe that the Ecam server is filtering the IP addresses of Digi Smart, perhaps because it recognizes them as from another country since Digi is a provider from Romania, however they are IP addresses that are assigned in Spain. Do you know who I can contact to solve this problem? Thank you.

Use VPN on your mobile, connect the STB through an access point
The easiest solution is to call Digi to unblock you from watching television, some users have done it and solved it

Digi do not lock. Is the ecam server that filter ip an dont let connect. the range affected is from 79 116 0 0 to 79 117 255 255.

Those are private IPs of users of DIGI SPAIN TELECOM S.L, ECAM has another IP, Some users also have problems watching the Disney channel through the app
