Good morning everyone, let's go to my first box impression and a call for help.
Perfect packaging and beautiful box, as well as easy to use.
The problem I found is that if you update the GTPLAYER app it stops working, several errors and does not roll iptv channels. I was only able to use the iptv doing factory reset and not updating the app, but the same when connecting the box asked for update. what to do to solve it?

what's the point of having a forum if administrators and the like don't help.

Hello, I wrote on the forum but no one helped me. I have a problem with hanging G2box by watching in GTPlayer. The problem is two G2, when watching IPTV G2 hangs completely, you need to turn off the power. I have fast internet and the latest GTPlayer software ... This does not happen in GTC I tested gtpalyer and works great on the same account. Help to make it work GTPlayer on G2 stable. Thanks

friend..trying to install another iptv app..believe it will solve

1. Please check your account format
2. Please check if your account is valid
3. Have you upgraded from a lower version to the latest version 2.00.001?
4. If your GTplayer does not respond, please go to the settings to clear the data or check after the system resets.
