G2 impossible to change screen resolution only 720P!

Hi
I have install this new box and made all the updates
Thje big problem is that I have a TV 4K an is also the case of this Box (in theorie)
Problem is that in the menu impossible to have access to the resolution screen mode...
only 720p auto on...
Please if you have solution tell me
