Cant Install PLAYSTORE APPs

Hi
I m trying to install the APPs in Playstore but they are always in "transfering" mode and never transfer / install...

what can i do?

I bought box G2 a few days ago and I can't install the playstore apps either.

Restore the factory settings or clear the data of Google play store, and then try again. Or update to G2 latest version.
