GT series, Play Store cannot download solution！

aucune difference alors j'ai fait la rénisiliation d'usine et la le miracle tout fonctionne parfaitement

Sem sucesso, não funciona a Playstore, já limpei cache, dados, desinstalei atualizações e nada. gostaria de alguma solução para o problema.

A única coisa que funcionou aqui (GTMedia G2) foi o reset de fábrica. Embaixo do aparelho existe um pequeno orifício onde deve ser inserido algo bem fino durante a inicialização do aparelho. Com ele desligado você insere lá para apertar um pequeno botão que tem lá dentro, e então você liga o aparelho na tomada. Vai exibir na tela um menu, você selecionar "Factory Reset". Depois que fiz isso eu consegui atualizar e instalar apps na Play Store.

The only thing that worked here (GTMedia G2) was the factory reset. Under the device there is a small hole where something very fine must be inserted during the device's initialization. With it off you insert it there to press a small button inside, and then you plug the device into the socket. A menu will display on the screen, you select "Factory Reset". After I did that I was able to update and install apps on the Play Store.
