Screen Resolution adjust GT media G3

Hi,
I have a GT media G3 and I would like to use an old monitor. I connected a HDMI adapter in VGA port and connected in the HDMI output in GT media G3. When I turn on the tv box the screen is not fit with the monitor.
Is it possible to adjust the screen resolution?

You can enter APPS, select Droid Settings, then select Display to enter Screen resolution, first turn off Auto switch to best resolution, and then select the appropriate resolution in Display Mode.See which resolution VGA has output.
