IPTV on device not working

I bought a device and when I went to install and activate the IPTV application it does not open, in addition the device purchased was the HTV8 and the G2PLUS - GTMEDIA arrived in its place.
From now on, I'm waiting for the answer to fix the problem.

Comigo aconteceu o mesmo. Com toda a certeza foi golpe, e estamos com um produto que não chega nem á sombra de um HTv8
Espero que essa marca nos auxilie com esse produto que até o controle está bugado

Adquiri um G2Plus e instalei o Brasil TV e nao roda diz que e incompativel.
Consegui instalar o Kodi
Como proceder ?

De onde você baixou o Brasil TV, google play store ou outros lugares, você pode me dar um link para tentar?

Alguien ha solucionado el tema de IPTV en G4 porque a mi no me van, funcionan en cualquier dispositivo menos en el GTMEDIA G4. Saben cómo instalarlas en XTREAM u otra solucion?
