Is a universal lnb capable of receiving BEV 91w?
I’ve seen on the specs it says : 10.75 to 12.75
But haven’t got to try it .

Thank you for your help!

Universal LNB's have two parts, a low band and a high band.
The LNB switches between these by turning on the 22kHz tone from the set top box to access the high band.
The "Low" frequency for the low band is 9750 and 10600 for the high band.
If you select 9750 / 10600 in the antenna setting this 22kHz tone is automatic.
If you just want the high band you can set the antenna setting to 10600 and 22kHz "ON".

So if the channel you are looking for is in the high band and you do not have your LNB setting correctly in the antenna setting you will not see it.

AFAIK Bev uses circular polarization (Left or Right) The lnb you show uses Horizontal or Vertical. You will loose a lot of signal because of the mismatch. You may find it easier to use a Bev/DishUSA lnb as they are available for about 30USD on ebay. Your LNB mount may need some padding as the LNB you show has a wider neck than the stock Bev/DishUSA LNB.

Also a lot depends on where you live, if you are in Canada you have no problem with the signal, further south, after about 100 miles from the border, the signal dissapears and not much you can do about it. Something else you should consider is there is no PowerVu, Biss or fta on there, it's all Nagra3... there is some IKS but hard to find... the 10,000 dollar fines have made it scarse.

Hi
you will get a few stations with a universal lnbf but you really do need the correct lnbf as the other earlier post mentions ,i have used both and the universal just doesn't cut it if you are going to try BEV and my location here is in the Great White North

good luck

It's kind of on subject. Where can we get good low noise C/Ku lnb in 2019?
My beige Chinese one gonna crap on me soon.
Can I tie rap a Ku LNBF mentioned, reliably by the side of a c-band? Kind of ghetto I know.

You might try it, you have nothing to lose.
Using a satmeter will help you find the signal much faster.
