New Sats transmitting 169e & 172e

Post by Feralkiwi »

For those of you around the south west Pacific two new sats have started transmitting on Ku band.

Here in New Zealand I can see 3 TP's from the new Horizons-3e@169e on Ku band 12281 H 30000, 12354 H 3000 and 12318 V 30000
Also a data channel on 12528 H 1148.
The skew on these is very odd so rotate your LNB to get a good signal.

Today I found Eutelsat172b@172e transmitting on Ku band.
12613 V? 31000 and 12531 H 31000, Both have a Eutelsat promo test on channel called "Eutelsat172b test".
Another TP 12284 h 30000 has a scrambled channel that has breaking up audio.

My Freesat V8 Pro2 reported three more low SR TP's as well.
